Account Data: Name, email, phone number, and authentication details provided through Clerk.
Uploaded Payroll Data: CSV files, employee attributes, and compliance findings generated by our AI analysis.
Usage Data: Device/browser information, IP address, timestamps, and product interaction events.
Payment Data: Billing and subscription details handled via DodoPayments (card data is not stored on our servers).
Deliver and improve the Nozel platform, run compliance analyses, and surface insights.
Provide support, communicate about service updates, and manage your account.
Secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Operate subscriptions, billing, and fraud prevention through trusted processors.
Your uploaded data may be sent to AI models to produce compliance findings. Outputs are probabilistic and should be reviewed by qualified professionals.
We restrict AI use to generate insights for your organization and do not sell your data.
Service providers that support hosting, storage, security, analytics, AI inference, and payments (e.g., Supabase, OpenAI/Perplexity, Stripe, Clerk).
