These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nozel, Inc. ("Nozel", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Nozel on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Nozel provides AI-native compliance tooling for HR and payroll teams. Outputs are generated by AI models and are for informational purposes only. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed by qualified professionals.
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including compliance with applicable laws.
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
Do not upload unlawful, discriminatory, or infringing content.
Do not use outputs as a substitute for legal advice or to make employment decisions without human review.
Paid plans, trials, and limits are described in the product. Charges are handled via DodoPayments. Taxes may apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Some fees may be non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of your uploaded data. You grant Nozel a limited license to process it to provide the services.
We protect data per our Privacy Policy and use reputable vendors (e.g., Supabase, DodoPayments, Clerk, AI providers) to operate the service.
AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Always validate findings with appropriate experts before acting. Nozel does not guarantee legal compliance.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the service. You may cancel at any time; certain fees may remain owed.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NOZEL DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nozel and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
